We would like to thank one of our Gold Level partners Joe’s Table Café for their support of L’Arche Greater Vancouver’s Fifth Annual Art of Being Together! Joe’s Table Café is much more than a good cup of “Joe.” While they pride themselves on their exceptional quality coffee and treats, the difference lies within their employees. Joe’s Table Cafe is an intentionally inclusive workplace, providing meaningful employment to individuals with disabilities. Inspired by Joseph Chung, his parents’ vision is to take Joe’s infectious, welcoming attitude to the world, showing community members and employers alike that people of all abilities can make a powerful contribution. About the Art of Being Together:
This one day interactive event brings people together to be inspired by the theme of an inclusive community through art. Artists of all abilities showcase their work and monies raised goes towards day programs and improving accessible housing for people with developmental disabilities.

Guests become art judges, participate in creating a piece of art together (no artistic ability required), observe a celebrity guest artist at work enjoy live music and more! Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will also be served.
